Send the run of show, the stage size and the cue for the drums. LED and water drums need the room dark and time to set up before doors open. The drummers arrive before their slot and need a place to change. Hotel ballrooms usually run the act under the venue's licence, while public, ticketed or outdoor events need a permit, so check early with the venue.
